Strip Drying & Trimming Untis (sic)
To clean the residual emulsion and dry the strip by blowing air.
The trimming unit cuts the sides of the strip and trims it into the desired width. It can also cut the strip into small pieces so that the lead strip can be returned back to melting pot in case of failure in the subsequent processing.
Rolling Machine 6+1
It is composed of rough rolling and finish rolling, which is used to process the strip to a thickness within the range 0.5mm~1.1mm.
Rough rolling has 6 pairs of rollers; finishing rolling has 1 pair of rollers. The finish rolling is used to get final thickness of strip.
Rough rolling and finish rolling are independently driven by variable frequency unit A control system is equipped in order to synchronize the rough rolling with the finish rolling.
Enclosed integral structure allows safe and stable running.
